REPLAN Lab specializes in the development and comparative analysis of motion planning algorithms in complex environments (with obstacles, communication, and localization constraints). The lab has a dynamic team consisting of two senior teaching/research staff members and more than seven PhD students. The laboratory members have significant experience in preparing and carrying out research projects at both national and international levels, with a cumulative funding exceeding 0.5 million Euros. The team has authored seven books and book chapters, over 25 articles in specialized journals, and has participated in 90 international conferences. The laboratory has access to local computational power, including six parallel computing systems, small robotic platforms suitable for indoor use (ground and aerial), as well as a Qualisys positioning system (8 Miqus M3 cameras, with 0.5mm accuracy and 100Hz update frequency).
