Water and Air Quality Control Laboratory (LCCAA) is a research lab within the UPB research center CAMPUS. It is focused for both fundamental and applied research. LCCAA research programs cover a wide range of issues closely linked to current and future needs in the field of water and air quality. Research combines laboratory experiments with in-situ testing of innovative concepts of water and air treatment technologies and equipment. Laboratory staff, composed of 8 faculty members and researchers (post-doc and PhD students), were involved in many research projects, funded by EU, national research programs and industry. They are authors of 10 technical books in the field, published by recognized publishing houses, 4 patents and more than 120 scientific papers in journals or conference proceedings in the field.
