
The Smart City Networks lab is a research lab within the UPB research center CAMPUS. The lab conducts research in development and implementation of algorithms and systems for large infrastructure access networks. Also, the lab team is involved in areas like Biometric Security, Cyber-security, IoT, eHealth, Smart House and radio communications. Smart City Networks lab staff, composed of 7 faculty members and researchers (senior researchers, post-docs and PhD students), was and is involved in several European and national R&D projects in the fields of e-health, smart house, wireless sensor networks, cosmic radiations, cognitive radio and spectrum white spaces and produced more than 700 scientific papers in top conferences and high ranked journals.
