Polymeric Nanomaterials Laboratory is a research lab within the UPB research centre CAMPUS hosting one of the laboratories within INOVABIOMED project, namely, Laboratory of Nanostructured Surfaces Engineering and Biomimetism (LISNB). This laboratory targets large scale of research interests which include: biomineralization, self-assembling, adaptive and smart materials, superficial nanostructuration, bioadhesion and specific biointeractions, highly specific biofunctionalizations with great sensitiveness above the existing limits, long term stability of medical implants and/or devices in simulated physiologic conditions. Polymeric Nanomaterials Laboratory involves postdoctoral researchers, PhD students, MA students and students from faculties of Medical Engineering, Engineering in Foreign Languages and Applied Chemistry and Materials Science.
