Optoelectronics, Dielectric and Piezoelectric Materials Lab is a research lab within the UPB research center CAMPUS. This laboratory is dedicated to study and evaluation of the properties of materials used in electronics and optoelectronics applications. It has a team consisting of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology Faculty members and researchers (including Ph.D. students), involved in several national research grants.
