Camera ready instructions

All authors should have received via email the detailed instructions for preparing their camera ready paper. Please contact the Proceedings Chairs at proceedings@icmr2017.ro if not, or if you need further information.

Here is the detailed guide for going from your submitted paper to the ACM proceedings:

(1) Prepare your final article following strictly the instructions at: http://www.sheridanprinting.com/typedept/icmr2017.htm. It is important to use the new ACM SIG templates, as is described on the instructions webpage. Download the sample/template Word or LaTeX document(s) from the ACM Templates Site (http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template), and use the "ACM_SigConf" (ACM Standard) option. For some papers, this may result in a slightly longer version. Therefore, the original page limit has been increased with 1 page, but this is for references only.

(2) You will receive a first email from ACM Rightsreview for the ACM copyright eform to be completed. Follow the instructions from the email.

(3) You will receive a second email from Sheridan, acm@sheridanprinting.com - the editor of ACM - with the submission id# and a link to submit your camera ready paper. Please note that camera ready papers are NOT submitted via EasyChair.

*The deadline for submitting your camera ready paper is April 23rd. Note that this is a hard deadline!*
